PANews reported on November 9th that Hong Kong Financial Secretary Paul Chan published a personal essay titled "Financial Innovation and Technology Mutually Promote Each Other," in which he pointed out that the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) proposed more than 40 specific measures during Fintech Week, and the "Fintech 2030" strategy focuses on areas such as financial tokenization, payment infrastructure, and artificial intelligence. Chan also disclosed that startups under Hong Kong Cyberport and Science Park raised HK$6 billion in the past year, and several companies listed on the stock exchange, raising a total of HK$5.2 billion.
