Corus Orthodontists Announces C$20M Equity Investment from Long-Term Institutional Investors

CALGARY, Alberta–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#EquityInvestment–Corus Orthodontists Inc. (“Corus”), a privately held leading North American orthodontic partnership network, today announced a C$20 million institutional equity investment led by ATB Financial’s Private Equity arm (“ATB PE”) with a co-investment from a prominent Canadian family office.

This inaugural institutional investment marks an important milestone in the evolution of Corus’ partnership model. It is consistent with Corus’ approach to providing progressive equity liquidity to its existing shareholders and further positions Corus to invest in its practices, people, and future Doctor-Partners, all while preserving local clinical leadership and delivering the highest levels of orthodontic services.
