Best Crypto Under $0.1 for Q1 2026? XRP Whales Accumulate Early

Investors who are looking at the best crypto below $0.1 by the first quarter of 2026 are beginning to forsake older large-cap coins. Most people are keeping an eye on earlier presale initiatives and new crypto protocols at lesser valuations and reduced entrance charges. This has already attracted attention of some XRP whales known to venture into cycles prior to the general market movement.

The recent growth has led to their recent accumulation, raising the question whether a new undervalued crypto will soon lead to a similar early growth seen by Ripple (XRP). The project that receives a significant portion of this hype is Mutuum Finance (MUTM), a new crypto lending protocol whose investor base is constantly increasing and its presale is actively sold.

Ripple (XRP)

Ripple (XRP) is a somewhat recognized cryptocurrency with its market guiding back and its broad community around the world. The XRP price is now trading at an approximate of $2.10 dollars and has a market capitalization of about $130 billion. The early move saw a great spike in XRP in the past cycles and rewarded numerous early adopters in its initial bull run. This formed the basis of the XRP whale community that is still in existence.

There is, however, mixed feeling among analysts as regards to the next crypto cycle of XRP. Others predict a low upside because of legal certainty and growing institutional applications. Some are of the opinion that XRP might not be able to achieve substantial multiplier returns on its present value.

Mutuum Finance (MUTM)

Mutuum Finance (MUTM) is a new crypto developing decentralized finance lending protocol that is on the verge of its mainnet launch. It presents a dual lending facility which gives credence to Peer to Contract and to Peer to Peer markets. The Peer to Contract model uses shared liquidity pools where users lend to each other and earn APY as the borrowing demand rises, whilst the borrower takes a loan out of the pool of liquidity.

Lending and borrowing are also facilitated by the Peer-to-Peer market except that there is no shared pool, lenders and borrowers pair up. Interest rate, type of collateral and terms of repayment are some of the loan terms that can be tailored between the two parties.

In order to make the system secure, collateral assures the loan and loan to value regulations. In case of the decrease of the collateral value to levels of safety, there are liquidation events that safeguard lenders and maintain network solvency.

Mutuum Finance (MUTM) is in its active presale, and it has already created serious demands among the early entrants. The sale is organized in different stages with increasing token prices so that the early purchasers can attain lower starting points prior to release and exchange listings.

Tokens have kept selling out phase after phase and this demand has earned MUTM to rise by 300% ($0.01 in Phase 1 to $0.04 in Phase 7) as yet. The presale has already sold over 18,800 holders and raised over $19.7M, with 825M MUTM having been sold out of the presale total. This funding precedes the launch of the V1 protocol, which leaves Mutuum Finance with a large user base and treasury prior to launch.

The Reason MUTM Might Take The Early XRP Track

Analysts indicate a number of reasons why MUTM will experience a similar path to XRP in the initial stages. The first one is valuation. XRP began as a low valued asset experiencing a large quantity of supply and a defined story. MUTM comes in at a comparable price with a specified application.

The second reason is utility. XRP presented an evident role in payments and transfers. MUTM brings the reality of utility in the practice of lending and extending credits. This utility generates protocol demand and not just speculative trading. Utility has been found to be a major determinant of long term performance of the altcoins.

The third reason is timing. XRP experienced its initial boom prior to its entry into large exchanges. MUTM is still in the presale and is yet to be launched in open markets. Analysts say that this enables early buyers to position ahead of the price discovery in the launch.

Phase 7 Selling Out Fast

Recently, MUTM is in Phase 7 of the presale. The tokens in this stage have been selling at a fast rate with few of them left. The rise in demand has been explained by the impending release of the V1 protocol, and the growing awareness of whale wallets and retail investors. The 24 hour leaderboard attests to the new inflows and regular purchasing activity.

The security audit by Halborn is another key reason that supports the use of confidence. Halborn is a reputable blockchain security company, which has audited major projects in the sector. In the case of a lending protocol, security is of great significance because of collateral management, liquidation code and pool insurance.

The Halborn review indicates that the protocol has been externally verified prior to its launching. This, according to the analysts, is capable of supporting the inflows of liquidity once the protocol has been switched on and users have started embedding money or collateral. As the presale continues to gain momentum, and Phase 7 on its way to a sellout, numerous investors now consider MUTM one of the best cryptos below $0.1 by Q2 2026.

The Channel Factories We’ve Been Waiting For

The post The Channel Factories We’ve Been Waiting For appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Visions of future technology are often prescient about the broad strokes while flubbing the details. The tablets in “2001: A Space Odyssey” do indeed look like iPads, but you never see the astronauts paying for subscriptions or wasting hours on Candy Crush.  Channel factories are one vision that arose early in the history of the Lightning Network to address some challenges that Lightning has faced from the beginning. Despite having grown to become Bitcoin’s most successful layer-2 scaling solution, with instant and low-fee payments, Lightning’s scale is limited by its reliance on payment channels. Although Lightning shifts most transactions off-chain, each payment channel still requires an on-chain transaction to open and (usually) another to close. As adoption grows, pressure on the blockchain grows with it. The need for a more scalable approach to managing channels is clear. Channel factories were supposed to meet this need, but where are they? In 2025, subnetworks are emerging that revive the impetus of channel factories with some new details that vastly increase their potential. They are natively interoperable with Lightning and achieve greater scale by allowing a group of participants to open a shared multisig UTXO and create multiple bilateral channels, which reduces the number of on-chain transactions and improves capital efficiency. Achieving greater scale by reducing complexity, Ark and Spark perform the same function as traditional channel factories with new designs and additional capabilities based on shared UTXOs.  Channel Factories 101 Channel factories have been around since the inception of Lightning. A factory is a multiparty contract where multiple users (not just two, as in a Dryja-Poon channel) cooperatively lock funds in a single multisig UTXO. They can open, close and update channels off-chain without updating the blockchain for each operation. Only when participants leave or the factory dissolves is an on-chain transaction…
