IEEE Ukrainian Distributed Ledger Technology Forum (UADLTF-2025), an international online forum on distributed ledger technologies, Web3 and digital innovation, will be held on November 11-13, 2025.
The event will be held in virtual format, and broadcasts of the three main days will be available on Incrypted‘s YouTube channel. For the second time in a row, our team is the media partner of the event and the forum hosting platform.
The organizers are IEEE Ukraine Section, IEEE Blockchain Technical Community, Linux Foundation Decentralized Trust and Web3 Institute.
They have announced a special theme for 2025 reBUIDL. According to the organizers, the goal of the forum is to show how joint efforts of the academic community, industry, and government institutions can accelerate the recovery and modernization of digital ecosystems.
The theme of the event will also address how the resilience of economies can be strengthened on the basis of distributed technologies, according to UADLTF representatives.
According to the organizers, IEEE Ukrainian DLT Forum 2025 will be a platform for discussing current and future DLT and Web3 trends with a focus on practical cases and strategic solutions. The program will focus on GovTech and digital infrastructure, wallets, DeFi and experiments in financial engineering.
In addition, the event will analyze topics such as DePIN and RWA, cybersecurity, standards, regulation, education and digital democracy.

The main program of the forum includes three days of panel discussions, reports, and sessions. During the event, participants will discuss the development of Web3 infrastructure, the introduction of blockchain into government services and the creation of trusted digital systems. Separate panels will be devoted to regulation, international standards and government-industry interaction.
Additionally, thematic side events will be held. They will expand the forum agenda and deepen the discussion of individual areas. These events will extend the discussion of IEEE and Web3 Institute initiatives beyond the main forum days.

The organizers stressed that participation in UADLTF-2025 is free and open to professionals, researchers, and anyone working with blockchain and digital infrastructure.
According to them, the forum is designed as a gathering point to discuss technology standards, responsible regulation and long-term digital strategies that form the basis for transparent and sustainable societies.

BitGo’s move creates further competition in a burgeoning European crypto market that is expected to generate $26 billion revenue this year, according to one estimate. BitGo, a digital asset infrastructure company with more than $100 billion in assets under custody, has received an extension of its license from Germany’s Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin), enabling it to offer crypto services to European investors. The company said its local subsidiary, BitGo Europe, can now provide custody, staking, transfer, and trading services. Institutional clients will also have access to an over-the-counter (OTC) trading desk and multiple liquidity venues.The extension builds on BitGo’s previous Markets-in-Crypto-Assets (MiCA) license, also issued by BaFIN, and adds trading to the existing custody, transfer and staking services. BitGo acquired its initial MiCA license in May 2025, which allowed it to offer certain services to traditional institutions and crypto native companies in the European Union.Read more
