Quandri’s growing integration ecosystem extends access to insurance-native AI for North American insurance agencies.

Quandri announced new integrations with Vertafore AMS360 and HawkSoft, expanding access to its AI-powered renewal intelligence platform across two of the most widely used agency management systems in North America. Together with its existing integration with Applied Epic, these additions extend Quandri’s renewal automation to thousands of additional independent agencies, directly within the systems at the core of their business.

This expansion of Quandri’s ecosystem comes as insurance agencies hit the ceiling of a decades-old operating model. As volume, complexity, and client expectations continue to rise, scaling through headcount is no longer enough. The industry is shifting towards more automated, system-driven operations.

“AMS360 and HawkSoft agencies represent a huge share of the independent market, and until now, they haven’t had access to what Applied Epic agencies have been using to transform their renewal workflows,” said Jackson Fregeau, CEO and co-founder of Quandri. “That changes today. The agencies that will win the next decade are the ones building operations that scale without adding headcount, and we’re committed to making that possible for as many firms as possible.”

Renewals remain one of the most operationally complex processes within an agency with much of the work still handled manually, limiting the number of policies that can be meaningfully managed each cycle. Quandri automates this work within the agency management system by intelligently analyzing renewals to surface key policy insights, generating real-time quotes, and preparing context-rich renewal communications.

“Quandri’s the first tool we’ve brought on in a long time that has had this major of an impact for us,” said James Chapman, COO of Ausband Chapman Insurance. “We have to get to 100% touch on renewals and Quandri is going to allow us to do that.”

Quandri serves hundreds of agencies and brokerages across North America and has been recognized on the CB Insights InsurTech 50 and named to Deloitte Technology’s Fast 50. As the platform expands, Quandri continues to help independent agencies operate more efficiently while delivering stronger outcomes for both advisors and their clients.
