MANILA, PHILIPPINES — Hear from personalities Raco Ruiz, Ansis Sy, and Monica Cruz of SPIT Manila discuss content creation and comedy and their role in sparking conversations for good governance.
The roundtable discussion entitled “Mabuti Pa: Pag-usapan Natin ang Good Governance,” held last Saturday, January 24, at the Linya-Linya Headquarters in Libis, Quezon City, highlighted the key message of Rappler and Linya-Linya’s recent collaboration: the #MabutiPa good governance campaign.
Moderated by Rappler multimedia reporter Bea Cupin, the two-hour panel was about how content creators bring current affairs and political news to the attention of young Filipinos.
The #MabutiPa campaign aims to empower young voters to spark conversations about serious political issues and take action for the betterment of their communities. It is set to continue until 2028 as a lead–up to the next presidential election.
Gen Z and millennials have the power to determine the 2028 national elections because their age goup will form the majority of voters in the high-stakes polls.
Watch the public airing of the full recording on Saturday, January 31, at 2 pm on this page, and Rappler’s YouTube channel.
