Ethereum, XRP, and Solana Price Prediction As CLARITY Act Advances After Senate–White House Deal

Ethereum, XRP, and Solana prices remained firm as the broader crypto market hovered slightly above the $70,000 level on renewed optimism.  

Ethereum price held above $2,100, while XRP traded near $1.45 and Solana hovered above $90 on Saturday. 

The new momentum in Washington concerning the proposed CLARITY Act was cited by market players as a facilitating factor.

The White House and top Senate officials have reportedly agreed on hitches an agreement over the contentious stablecoin yield provision. That had been the source of months of conflict between the traditional banking groups and the digital asset industry.

The compromise is likely to clear way to formal markup proceedings in the near future. The likelihood of the bill passing this year has now increased to an estimated 70% by analysts. April 3 is an important date that investors are paying close attention to in case of additional legislative action.

Ethereum Price Holds $2,100 After $6.6B Institutional Accumulation Signal

Ethereum price soared 0.55% over the past 24 hours to trade at $2,154.90, reflecting renewed buying interest. The move comes after a significant signal of institutional accumulation that intensified trust among the market participants.

BitMine has revealed a large holding of ETH worth $6.6 billion, which highlights a long-term strategy of yield. According to analysts, Ethereum has recently went through a period of consolidation below a major support trendline.

The ETH has now been above that mark, indicating that it might gain more momentum. In case the future ETH outlook is projected to be above $2,140 long-term, the next resistance level becomes $2,250. A fall to less than $2,100 would show downside risks within the short-term.

XRP Price Stabilizes at $1.44 as Lawmakers Push CLARITY Act Ahead

XRP price climbed 0.57% over 24 hours to $1.44 as the CLARITY Act advanced. Reportedly, the move came after a compromise by the Senate and the White House today. Analysts are now closely monitoring a near-term floor of 1.40 as a near-term bull floor.

Provided it does not erase, Ripple could move and rebound at the high of the week around 1.50. A decline to below 1.40 may put pressure on the price down to the 60-day low. At the same time, the use of XRP Ledger continues to increase, as per the data on the distribution of wallets.

Less than 100 XRP addresses amount to 5.66 million, and 2.01 million fall within 100 to 100, 000. Only 32,054 wallets have over 100,000 XRP, which is a measure of concentrated whales.

Will Solana Price Reclaim $100 Level Soon?

As of the reporting, the SOL price surged to $90.00, hovering near a crucial resistance zone on the four-hour chart.

SOL price has been fluctuating in a wide band between $85 and 100 in recent sessions. The token already tried to breach above 100 but was rejected and fell back.

The Relative Strength Index is close to 49 which means there is no extreme momentum. The MACD indicator is slightly below signal line, but bearish pressure seems to relax.

If the future Solana outlook pushes decisively above $100, the next upside targets sit around $105 and $110. However, a sustained drop below $85 could expose the $80 support level.
